We had more of a busy day today as baby group was back on after the holidays. And at a different venue which was...different! It was better in some ways as it was a big space, not much in it and no way of escape for adventurous babies. Amelie was crawling around a couple of the walking tots. She was the only crawling baby brave enough to leave the mats that had been laid out and she seemed very intrigued by the walking ones! Hopefully it won't be long and she'll be joining them! We had a cup of tea in the cafe afterwards and whilst Rose peacefully slept, Amelie (even though she was tired) just threw spoons on the floor. She had a good hour's nap when we got back and then a trip to Tesco with Daddy when she woke up and then had dinner.

A little while after her dinner, she was just playing around on the floor and I thought 'Whats that noise?'; a funny clicking noise every so often. I looked around and I noticed Amelie was just leaning on her little telephone and pushing it all over the room! She took it into every single corner she could. She would push it a little bit, leaning on it, and then move her knees to catch up. Such a funny thing to watch!!

I think the days activities tired her out because even though she took a whole hour to go down (she was lying peacefully though listening to stories and playing quietly with her toys) which involved one impromptu nappy change, she slept in her own cot until 4.30 (a rare treat) and then in with us until 7.30
