River Don

Decided to take a walk up to the local supermarket at lunchtime, and this is one of the photos I took on the way with my phone camera.

This has always been one of my favourite views - standing on Persley Bridge looking over the River Don. I can stand there for ages just watching the ducks, and the occasional herron. As you can see from the photo, today there was a pair of swans. It would be even better if there wasn't cars and ten ton trucks thundering past behind me on the bridge!

While out, I noticed some woodland walks have now been made in that area so that will be good for future Blips.
