Snicket or Ginnel

Messing about taking a few pics in the rain on my walk down to town for tonights council meeting. There was nobody about and light reflected from the wet paths and walls. This is the alley up by the Chur, there are numerous cut through passages between the roads around here. Some call them ginnels or snickets if you come from the North.

I like all the stone (and cement) textures picked out by the harsh light. Had to jam the camera against a wall to hold steady for the long exposure.
