Jam

Last night I had a horrible dream, someone was chasing me. Then they were beside me in a cinema and I was trying to escape. I remember dream thinking that if only I could have something to protect me. So I unknowingly reached out to my bedside table, picked something up and took it into bed with me, holding it tight. I don't remember much else so it must have soothed me.

This morning I was still clutching my talisman. A chocolate coin. The foil was all twisted and digging into my skin, leaving red marks, and the chocolate was everywhere.

T very grumpy with me unfortunately - and I've so missed him over the holidays. Lovely chat with Lousie at the end of the day and then off into town to meet Alexie and sign up for a couple of evening classes. Guttingly upholstery was full. I'm very disappointed. Oh well, I have my quilting to look forward to.
