Baked chocolate cheesecake

This may turn into a bit of a series...

Today I made a dessert to go with our Sunday lunch. It was baked chocolate cheesecake. Cream cheese, chocolate digestives, 70% plain chocolate, caster sugar, couple of eggs, vanilla extract. General consensus was positive. A rich dessert, so small portions only but full of strong chocolate flavour, rich and creamy.

I may try another dessert in a fortnight...
