Three's a charm

Worked today - went by quickly, as usual.

Had a wonderful sandwich from Chelsea Deli that opened up recently in our neighborhood. I had one of the tastiest sandwiches I have ever had - the 'veggilicious eggplant'. So tasty I could have eaten the 8" size instead of sharing the 4" with Jer :)

It was our staff 'post Christmas' party and we had dinner at Wild Ginger. I managed to have 3 drinks in front of me within a matter of minutes. I had their "bittersweet martini", which was very tasty. I have to figure out the recipe. A lovely combo of grapefruit vodka, aperol and St. Germain (the last 2 are some of my new fave liqueurs), along with some 'sweet and sours', bitters and a bit of soda water. Mmmm.
