Great Barrier

Big day planned today so up at 7.30am, into the wetsuit and by 8am I was at 60ft gathering scallops on the remains of yesterdays tank. 20 minutes and 40 scallops later the air was run out, back to the surface and into the bay for breakfast.

Then into Fitzroy to refill the tank and back out, reading for the next dive. Onto the big boat this time, as we had 4 divers, along with the families, a lovely expedition on a fantastic day out to the Grey Group.

Beautiful dive, so scenic, took lots of video, only a couple of crays, then back to the bay and some of the group set off fishing. No rest!

Back into Fitzroy for me to fill the tanks again, then back again and some reading time to wind down on a busy day!

Dinner? A seafood bonanza! Fresh scallops, fresh fish, crayfish - all caught today. I can't begin to explain how good it is tasting!
