Soup with effort

So I decided to try cooking something new every week (ish...), this week's attempt was sweet potato soup. Despite the effort it took in prep. (I either need to improve my arm strength or find a recipe that doesn't involve grating 750g of sweet potato...) it turned out yummy...

So, as boring as it is...here's a photo of the soup in progress... (The colours were prettier than that of the photo of the soup itself...)
