Apprentice Woodchuck?!

A good friend of mine, Pheenyx, taught me a few skills in the art of wood working.

He makes walking staves and canes.

We traveled together to a Pagan retreat where he sold his wares. I played the good little helper, and in return, I was taught a scaled down version of his work, making wands.

Tonight I am working on my first solo project, a wand for a dear friend of mine.

My roommate snapped a few pictures of me, but this is the one that I liked the most.

I really hope this turns out well. I will blip the final product as well, in 2 days when it is ready.
