Amber Regent

As per tradition, we usually go out for a family meal on the last night of me being at 'home'. This time we opted for Cantonese, in Glasgow! It was quite delicious, I enjoyed spring rolls, chicken szechuan style and we ordered half a crispy aromatic duck with pancakes for the table too; YUM!

The blip is actually of my mum's dish: chicken with black bean sauce *correction ginger and spring onions (if my memory serves me correctly). We also tasted a very nice pinot noir from NZ, have to look that one up, but stupidly forgot to get the name of it!
