happy birthday to st andrew

no cake picture this year, tho i did make one (it's the only one i'll get, no-one else bothers!). no-one sends me flowers either so i thought i'd post this in lieu.

slightly crap day - post is disrupted, tomorrow's parental visit for lunch and gifts has been cancelled due to appalling weather, and tho i got a text there was no card (other than a scrawl on the desk card someone else bought) and no sign of apology for no gift. i know things have been a bit weird and awkward and we had a big fight last week and all that jazz - but why be bright and cheery in a text then not speak or say anything? and why be so disorganised that a fight on friday prohibits card and gift on tuesday? why say we're friends then act like we aren't? gah.
