Today's project

I hadn't intended to blip this, but my flex adaptor for my strobies kit never showed up from Jacobs. That was despite ordering before 2pm yesterday and paying extra for next day delivery. Oh well, it had better show up tomorrow so I can start experimenting.

Anyway, this is my project for today. We've got Sam and Alex coming for dinner tomorrow so I'm doing a Key Lime Pie. It's out of the Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook which Roz got from her workmates for her birthday.

I'll give you a report on how it turned out tomorrow.
