Fogging the Birds
We went for a walk down to the beach this morning so that we could go to the coffee van before Granny and Grandpa went back home up North.
Toddlers chatterbox was still going from yesterday. I think having all the extra adults about has really brought this out of her.
As the early foghorns hinted it was very misty out and about which made things a bit damp but the coffee was still good.
On the way there we bumped into an old school friend and his family. The last time I saw him we were expecting Baby. I asked what it was like having two children, his reply was "Its Hell". Today I got to tell him that out of all the people we asked that question to he was the most correct. The reality is that it is hell but with some really good bits in there and its a bit less hot.
Whilst at the coffee van I spotted this chap on the beach. At first glance it looks like he is some sort of seagull preacherman, but sadly he is actually feeding the hoards of oversized gulls by lobbing bread into the sky.
With the Grandparents off for the M1 and already being missed we watched a bit of telly and played with trains for the afternoon.
