Sky of Fire!

The weather today has been absolutely HORRENDOUS!!.

It rained all night.

Then this morning it stopped raining for about an hour so we decided to go up to Christian's grave. By the time we were ready, it was raining again.

It wasn't raining too much when we got there, but we only stayed a little while as it was very, very muddy and started to rain again.

After a quick trip to the supermarket, to pick up essentials bread, milo and wine!! We went home and that's where we stayed for the rest of the day as the weather got worse and worse.

We are getting the tail end of cyclone Tasha. God help the people who are bearing he brunt of the full cyclone.

At one point we had to shut every window and door in the house as it was raining so heavily and the wind was blowing so strongly, that it was coming in through the windows, even on the balcony.

We haven't got any flooding here, we live on a slight hill anyway, so it's not likely to happen.

Tonight the skies started to clear, and we got the glimmer of a sun, and then this lovely sunset.

Hopefully, the weather will be better tomorrow.

PS I was going to post a blip of my water-logged garden, but this was much prettier.
