Little delights

The major snow they forecast for our area has failed to materialize here, but an inch or so has softened the world outside.

I was delighted to find this little treasure, a handmade gift from (obviously multitalented) poet Luisa Igloria, in the stack of mail that awaited our return from North Carlolina. It's a miniature wearable handbound book from her "Wanderlust" series. A perfect little delight, especially appropriate after my year spent mostly away from home.
