Christmas Dinner Leftovers

As we couldn't get all the family together on Christmas day, we arranged for everyone to come on Boxing day. Following a delicious meal, we still had plenty left for a substantial and very tasty evening meal. For some odd reason, these leftovers seem even nicer second time around.
The family have now dispersed to their own homes and I will soon be putting the kettle on for a final cup of tea.
