Kathy and Werner at Christmas Dinner

Dinner began at 4 PM and finally finished around 11. Our east coast expatriate community joined the family. Everyone brought food so the burden was well shared. All our friends amazingly good cooks. Ham, Salmon and turkey and many vegetarian foods were shared and taken home for leftovers. Jack's brussels sprouts were delicious, but too much ginger for Joseph. Wild rice, potatoes, spinach. Joseph juiced a couple of dozen key limes for pie. What a feast!

These two lovely people have been close to us for thirty years. We have been though many adventures together. We both came to New Mexico for a new life and sure enough, we found one!
