Munich day 2 - 21 today!

Celebrated my 21st birthday (well, almost) in Munich. Slap up breakfast in the hotel. Got the U-bahn upto the Olympic park which was decidedly cold and misty. This is the 'BMW Welt' which has just opened - a fantastic showcase / showroom for their products. Proud new owners collect their new cars on their second floor (drinks, photos taken etc) before driving them down the ramp and out onto the road. Great seeing the huge smiles on their faces.

More Christmas market mooching in the afternoon and evening, and yet another visit to the Hofbrauhaus for more beer and sausage. What a great birthday!
