Sunset over Scotland - again!

A fun day today, and another very frosty one. Started by making Clementine Curd. Yep, a new one on me too, but it was in a magazine and it looked straightforward and I had all the ingredients needed so I gave it a whirl. It was lovely and creamy and velvety and with a nice zing to it! Once it was bottled I started icing the Christmas cake. Last year I remember thinking I needed to buy a palette knife. Never having needed one till icing the cake again this year, I remembered again! Oh well, it's going to be a snowy scene rather than a smooth top with twiddly bits of decoration piped onto it!

Took Ollie for a walk and his friend Lucas appeared and came with us! Ever so cold, so it was a very brisk walk, but we all enjoyed it. Lucas's folk was still at work, but he had managed to get the door open and get out when he saw us going past!
