Bedtime!

I hadn't planned to blip today as I was too busy driving around the South Coast. First stop was Reading to deliver a vapour sample from last week. Then I was back to the office to load up my own test gear for a trip to Brighton. The weather was distinctly snowy, but turned quickly to rain at lunchtime. This seemed to persist for most of the afternoon, only clearing as I stepped out of the van for the final time tomight at 5pm.

Went upstairs and found this joyful sight. Em was sharing a nice story with Oliver. Nothing special about this, as this is the routine we have every night (Em and I do alternative nights, so its not all her). However, they did both look so cosy and relaxed. Mind you, I could tell Em was feeling better about things as she was sent home early from work due to a power cut. No danger of that with my line of work. I'm up at 4am tomorrow for the second part of my Brighton adventure.
