The Nativity

I had a half day holiday today for a very special reason. Cameron's class of P1s' were staging their 2nd performance of the Nativity play (Wed pm was the other one).

The room was packed with family members all eagerly waiting to see our little ones. In they came, dressed up as shepherds, wise men, donkey, angels etc. Cameron was picked for Joseph and his classmate Christie was Mary.

The performance went on for half an hour and they sung 8 songs during the performance. It was fantastic. Everyone was so proud of them, especially as the rehearsals were set back by a whole week due to the bad weather. The teachers should be applauded for their hard work and of course the children for giving us such pleasure in their performances. I was a very proud Nana this afternoon.

Picture quality not good as not allowed to have a flash on when performing but its the occasion that counts in this instance.
