Emergency meal, emergency blip

It's been rather a busy day. Spent the morning doing domestic jobs, ironing etc. and wrapping presents. Then it was a trip to 'town' to do some shopping and visit the hairdresser. I had a couple of cakes to make ready to pop into Christmas bags. What to eat? Thank goodness for the freezer which I rely on at times like these. Split pea & ham soup made the other day with bread buns from last week's blip. Finished off with Wallace and Grommit's favourite, Wensleydale cheese. All set now to face the big freeze we are promised over the next few days.
