Bad, sympathy-inducing news: - Struggling with the weather

Lots of typical murder, mayhem and corruption stories today but this one gripped me because it affects millions of people.
If you read the blip entries from European blippers, they seem to be coping and finding ways to enjoy the large snowfalls but it can't be fun to try and get places and the unfortunates who are homeless don't stand a chance in this brutal cold. Hope the weather pattern breaks soon.

Good news: - Standing up to hatred

When I read this news story first, I thought it might be bad news but I believe it's actually good news.

The land of the free, eh? Free to make hateful symbols of racism and murder, this loser did just that and then cowardly denied what pictures can prove. What kind of dim bulb would make a KKK in his front yard sporting a noose? OMG. His neighbors, by speaking out and calling the cops on him, will hopefully get the loser to move to a neighborhood where he?ll among others of his despicable ilk, wherever that is.
