BRIGHT

Just last week, they put up this HUGE BRIGHT sign right across from our apartment. I'm pretty sure it's a new hospital, which is great and all but do they have the leave the sign on all night? For someone who goes to bed pretty late, even I am clueless as to what time this sign gets switched off every night...
