Terrific meal last night, a great sleep, then more food in the form of a full english in the hotel this morning. There's something about having a hotel breakfast - that cosseted feeling as someone brings you the best meal of the day.

Walked it off by heading to the Bullring and back, through the Christmas market again which was just setting up for the day. Photographed the Selfridges building (a regular occurrence), then back to check out.

Finally continued on to North Wales, stopping off to visit Aunty A for lunch, before ploughing through the freezing fog that blanketed much of Staffordshire and Cheshire. Now firmly ensconced in the Christmas wonderland that is my mum's house...
