Phoenix

I got out the house today for a wee trip to the Wellington Phoenix game at AMI stadium. It was perfect weather and the crowd of over 14,000 enjoyed the Phoenix playing some of their best football of the season.

They missed chance after chance and just when it seemed all hope was gone they scored the winner in injury time to send the crowd home delighted, although the sight of some rather shapely men swinging their shirts above their heads was not something i needed to see!

Overall i enjoyed getting out and will definately be there the next time the Phoenix visit town
