Rose - Valentine Heart

Another warm spring day, a few clouds in the sky drifting by and a gentle breeze. The garden is alight and vibrant.

Early blip today as its Daughter E's dance recital. Its always a hectic weekend as they have an evening performance tonight and then a matinee tomorrow. All of our family will be going tonight and Mum will come to - we are looking forward to it :)

Its Christchurch 'Christmas in the Park' tonight. An outdoor event which is free. Families take their picnics, deck chairs, rugs and drinks and are entertained with music. Santa Claus comes later in the evening and there are fireworks. Certainly puts everyone in the festive mood and todays weather is perfect.

Time is pressing on and I have many jobs to do before heading out tonight.
