swing on by

Normally we have a pull up bar in the kitchen but for a change of scene the children are trying out these rings - either way the rules are 'no swinging' while I am cooking! Do you think that they take ANY notice? No - I have to push them out of my way to get to the fridge and then hope they don't swing back into me as I return to the stove!

As we do keep a tally going (for those that are interested!) - the record for pull ups is 17 done by this man - not sure who will break that any time soon. One things is certain it won't be me (this is no self portrait by the way!), I find it hard going just swinging on the thing!
