As I had been feeling so awful all week and was trying to regain my energy that had been zapped out of me mum took me down to her house and looked after me over the weekend. By evening on saturday I was glad that the penecillin had really kicked in, the tonsils were down and the glands has become less inflamed. This was clear signs that it hadn't been glandular fever as the doc suspected.

But by sat night I was wiped out again, so although the throat had recovered the rest of my body was yet to catch up, so more rest and chill-axing to be had.
