Coconutty goodness

This week is all about waving goodbye to a dear friend who is leaving to return to Oz. She is having a citizenship day on Thursday before fleeing the country next week. So, to celebrate we are holding a British tea before heading out to the pub so wave her goodbye. So in the run up to Thursday I am chained to my apron in the kitchen to get things ready. I have (for some reason) decided to try all new recipes, madness I fear. So here are the coconut and cinnamon macaroons which were not bad, i think they taste better than they look thankfully. I am also attempting pumpkin cupcakes (due to excessive amounts of pumpkin still remaining) and lemon bars. We shall see how it goes. Right, best get back to the oven.
