Firbush at last

It was a busy and fragmented day that included a meeting with a Rather Important Person and a revelation about an anomaly in hire car insurance.

However, we managed to get packed up and left as soon as DaveH got home. Firbush is on the south shore of Loch Tay in an idyllic setting, but of course it was dark by the time we arrived. After we'd eaten the customary hearty and delicious meal served up by the wonderful Morag and Rosie, we repaired to the little bar downstairs. On my way I realised that I hadn't taken a photo all day, so just looked up and snapped.

I don't know if this is perhaps the eponymous Fir Bush, grown into a handsome tree since the place was built. I found this on the web, taken from the other side of the little harbour, which shows it in situ.
