An almost Saltire Sky!

As soon as I left for work this morning I spotted this sky which immediately made me think of a saltire. I could only see the top of it and as I travelled it kept dipping out of view.
I was determined to try and get a clear shot and at the top of the hill I defied the busy traffic and crossed the road ( getting my feet muddy in the process on the grass verge) and here it is with the splendid added bonus of a sunrise!

I was really pleased ( when I got back across the traffic!)
I think it is nearer to a plaid than a saltire when I look at it again but I'm sure you can see what I mean.)
