Didn't have time for a walk until the afternoon, and there isn't much of that right now...it seems about 5pm when i's only 3.
There are several fully-loaded oil tankers in the Flow just now. They will be waiting for the price of oil to rise before setting off to sell their cargo.
It was quite nice being along the shore in the approaching dusk, though there is little light for photography. Birds were coming in to roost, like about 90 curlew and wigeons etc. Some bar-tailed godwits were running about the water's edge having a late, hasty supper.
Off up to Birsay and Marwick tomorrow, hope the wind is kind.
