Continuous improvement

So today we had a kind of seminar about "continuous improvement".

Thought behind this is that there are always things that can be done better.
So we had to walk around the plant and through the offices with a camera and observe things and people.

What did we see: cabinets in complete disorder, pieces of equipment and spare parts stored in the units (which is not the right place really), lack of safety precautions in the laboratory and so on.

And some places could be cleaned better like this Ammonium storage tank...

But the highlight was a very good dinner at "bij de molen", see also this picture by Ron Buist.
