Now that's what you call a fire!

I've had a funny old day today.

Cleaned out the guinea pigs (they have been moved from the hutch and run outside), they are now settled in their own 4'x6' garden shed. Alan has put a little pop hole in the side with a tunnel down to yet another little run. This is just to allow them to get outside and have a nibble on the grass if they want.

Then it was time to clean out the chooks. We must have had at least five of our girls get broody last year and I am afraid that we have ended up with quite a few cockrels. Sadly they will have to go........to the chicken run in the sky!

After that I couldnt really find much get up and go to do much else. I hate these short dark days.

Cooked supper and we are now sat in front of this wonderful fire. Settling down to watch "I'm a Celebrity" a little bit later.
