Easy Supper

We had left over curry from Saturday night for a late lunch today. I don't like throwing any foodstuffs away. We have chickens so they get whatever we don't want.

So our easy supper was egg mayonnaise sandwiches, using our clever girl's eggs. The colour is amazing, nuclear yellow/orange is how I always see it. The bright yolk is because of the large amount of grass that they eat.

I think it is going to be an early night for me tonight, so God Bless to you all.
