Bad More-just-making-me-uneasy news: - Modfied, then modifed again

The concept of genetically modified food is one I struggle with. We have evolved side by side with edible plants for millions of years, our digestive systems adapting to the nutritional compounds found in them. Food scientists, by removing the genes that they deem undesirable, also remove the genes that make plants resistant to disease. It doesn't surprise me then that they are modifying their strategy, realizing that they may not me able to feed the world's people who continuously breed like rabbits.

Good-Glad-to-hear-she's-being-called-on-it news: - Can't she do anything right?

Don't think that I have it in for this woman, well, actually, I do. She's an idiot. As the former governor of a state you'd think she would be aware of the regulations regarding fishing near wild grizzlies. Obliviously, she doesn't.
