Colourful Donkeys

Took ourselves off to The Big City, well Wesel anyway !! Went to get some Xmas pressies and just have a change of scenary. Drizzly and cold, but still good. Paid a visit to the only Model Shop for 7o kms and bought some bits and bobs, glad to see he is still doing OK and seems to have weathered the Storm. Blipped this Donkey, there are 111 of them in the Pedestrian Precinct of Wesel, all painted differently by the different shops, been there all year, but still, mostly, undamaged. You can just see L as she is heading for the Cafe am Dom, ( Cathedral Cafe) for a hot Chocalate, I was soon with her ! We gave up the shopping as the weather was so dreary and came home to Freezer Stew and home made Tea cakes. Yummy.
