Timid

Of all of the garden birds that visit us this robin is the most timid. Even through the disguised background of the kitchen I stand still as a statue with the long lens, trying to focus through the gap in the open window. But I've been spotted-  looking me square in the eye and showing me as much he hops about still unsure about the feeder- is it a trap? So I grab a couple more pictures then close the window and leave him to his meal.
