YUCK!

Kind of sums up the weather today unfortunately.

Dad was a bit slow and unsteady today........I think it is beause my brother is away back to the States and the excitment of the weekend has caught up with him. He is also slightly concerned about the thought of going into respite for a few days next week.

It must be hell knowing that you body and your mind are begining to give up but that it is going to go on for years.

When I arrived at Dunbar the light was very strange.........the sea was a completely different colour from the sky - like it was saturated with sand even though the surface was very flat.
