this really is a fish with a dummy in its mouth. I really don't like these fish but when I went to a friend's today to pick up some berry bushes and fruit trees for the garden, I took my camera along because I had to get this blipped.
The dummy teat has a hole in and one fills the teat up with fish food. The disgusting-looking fish (or cute-looking fish, depends on your perspective) then sucks all the food out of the dummy and then comes back to beg for more. In the summer my children love to swim in this pool - it has sharks in too! But at this time of year the fish are a bit dopey and ready for their winter rest. In summer they'll suck your toes if you hold them in the water. ergh :-/
