New shoes

Not for Baggins, but for Ophelia - her first ever pair of shoes (cruisers, but still - the first she's been measured for). Now that she's toddling quite happily, we thought it was about time to splash out. It costs over £20 for a pair of shoes that are about 3 inches long. Madness! We hoped she'd just be able to use Grace's old shoes, but Ophelia being a much younger walker has diddy size 2 feet. So today should have been a proud photo of my little beauty in her new shoes. But no. Second Child Syndrome strikes again. Whereas with the firstborn, every milestone is dutifully recorded, with the second you just forget sometimes. Poor Ophelia. I promise I will post an entry about your new shoes very soon, my darling. But for today you will have to settle for a picture of Baggins in a very sensible spot, given the cold weather of late.
