Winter's arrived

Got quite a shock when I ran into this weather on the way to work this morning. Luckily it was limited to the higher ground on the way over into Weardale and had gone by the time I journeyed home. So an early start to winter this year. Hope it's not a sign of things to come? Still, not as early as our snowy halloween two years ago!
