Recycled Beginnings

Some things, just too special to discard, make their way back into use the next time we have need of them.

The memories attached to this notebook are so very special. The hearts that came together to create a warm and loving retreat on the River, attended to every detail. The little decorations on the notebook remind me of these kind and loving ladies who, although strangers, welcomed me with their whole hearts and made me feel valuable and accepted in the instant I met them. We laughed and cried, we made memories. Inside, on every page, I find hand stamped leaves telling me that even the little things, the little details matter.

This year, when I embarked on another new beginning, it only seemed right that I would use this notebook to record the important information I would use for a long time to come.
