A huge Hindu image created by using different kinds of beans, seeds and grain. Black beans, kidney beans, soy beans, lentils, pop corn(!), rice and wheat amongst other things. The deity figure itself contained some color powder but the rest of the image seemed to be made out of edible materials. This is the fifth day of a five-day festival called Tihar, which is the second most important festival in Nepal. There has been a lot going on in the streets of Kathmandu these days.
