Roundway

I tried to put into practice the advice of Matisse today, as quoted this morning by disdatdudda: "Seek the strongest color effect possible...the content is of no importance".

This was the best I could do.

It was taken on Roundway Hill, above Roundway, overlooking Devizes. Oliver Cromwell's army tramped through here in the seventeenth century to do battle on the downs.
