Hats on Please!

The sun has got his hat on, Hip Hip Hip Hooray! Or he did this morning.

I was up so early this morning that I should have got a picture of a beautiful sunrise, but I didn't. Went to the allotment and should have got some fabulous frost pictures - and should have had my hat on, it was freezing, but I didn't. I went to deliver yesterday's cakes to one of Edinburgh's most fabulous private school buildings, stunning, took my camera, brilliant blue skies, got some fabulous pictures, but forgot to put my memory card in the camera!

Came home and it was only 10.00am. Text from a pal with an invite to go into town for a wander and coffee was too good to refuse. Great chat, much laughing, and much needed.

Home with plenty time for pictures, but still no creativity. Too many other things going on. After many attempts to find the picture I looked up on the kitchen ceiling and saw some lovely shadows.

This is a dish with the remainder of the previously blipped chillis as the rays. Appropriate that they should be dishing out the heat. Bask in the sunshine as outside the rain lashes the windows.
