Spit and Polish

A grey damp walk with Juno this morning, we had company but Juno thought better of running with the youngsters and kept to our sides.

Was at the dentist today, the same dental surgery since I was wee. Just a check up and a wee xray.

On the way to work was faced with a traffic incident, 3 police cars and an ambulance, what was I to do, keep going or back track and find another route.

Bravely walked on and thank goodness the old lady that was knocked of her bike was sitting up and just looked dazed.

Work was top notch.

Great run at lunchtime, muddy and wet superb.

Good football meeting tonight we are working together in the the right direction.

Weekend almost upon us and Eco daughter is having her birthday party as the actual date always falls in the October week. Screaming girls tomorrow.
