Mmmmmmmmmmmmadeleines!

I've been dying to take my new madeleine tin out for a test drive, and finally a free Saturday came around. I was feeling slightly lousy with cold and my weighing scales had finally decided, after months of procrastination, to give up the ghost. Luckily to only madeleine recipe I had was an American one, all in handy cup measures! So I melted, sifted and folded and these little beauts popped out. Tasty too.
