Corfu reunion

Had dinner tonight with all the people I holidayed so triumphantly with in July. For reasons that were best known at the time we named our villa the Villa Raboola Connundrum (too much local limoncello?) The host had gone to, frankly, ridiculous lengths to recreate the holiday, down to the heating being on its highest setting, the sign on the door you see now and a custom-made (on the day) cd of cicada noise. Absolute genius, for the cd alone he garners my unending admiration. A delicious night stuffed full of food we enjoyed on holiday (lots of capers and halloumi I recall) and one very clever individual had brought home a bottle of that limoncello.
